  • Established in 2007, Alcazar Capital Ltd is a private equity investment advisor incorporated in the  Dubaï  International  Finance Center (DIFC).
  • Alcazar was initially setup as the private equity arm of Agility Logistics to invest in non-logistics businesses.
  • In mid 2009, when Agility decided to exit the Private Equity business, the management team initiated an MBO to create an independent private equity house.
  • Today, Alcazar manages up to US$ 400 million of Telecom equity investments in assets, having  a total enterprise value exceeding US$ 2 billion.
