ACL shareholders, together with other partners and a leading Vietnamese tower expert have launched and funded a tower company in Vietnam under the name of Golden Towers BTS Corp. The Company is focused on buying, building and operating tower assets used by wireless operators in Vietnam.

Our operating partner has previously built a Vietnamese tower company and successfully built and sold other infrastructure companies in Vietnam. In addition to that, he also has extensive relationships with wireless operators and tower portfolio owners in the market.

Alcazar expects to be able to generate scale via a tailored combination of rollup and new builds.
